The attraction of Unwind is that its a great all-rounder. The accommodation is as neat as a pin, newly furnished and upmarket. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach and offers sea views, and a large swimming pool which is enclosed and very private.
The house is a double story home, as the design of the property has the living areas upstairs, which makes the most of the views. There is a wonderful, large covered balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views, absolutely ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The upper lounge also has wonderful sea views and is open plan to a small dining area and well equipped charming kitchen. On this level are also 3 of the 4 bedrooms – all of these open onto the large outdoor balcony.
Downstairs is a family lounge with TV & DSTV, as well as the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Access to the garden is from this area, and the garden contains a lovely sparkling large swimming pool which is very private and unusually big for a Kommetjie property.
