The Villa offers 3 bedrooms in the Main House, and a separate 1 bedroom Flat, which can either be booked separately or altogether to offer 4 bedroom accommodation.

The Flatlet, called “Chapman’s Peek” features a King-size bed with en-suite (or two singles on request), lounge, TV with Satellite, sleeper couch, kitchenette, guest toilet, barbeque facilities, deck leading to pool area.

The Main House features a master bedroom upstairs with king-size bed, sea views and an en-suite. Downstairs on the main living level are the remaining 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds and a shared bathroom. The open plan living areas include a farm-styled fully equipped kitchen, lounge leading into wooden deck & shared pool area, television with Satellite and barbeque facilities. The shared swimming pool is fenced which makes this lovely property ideal for families with children.

The interiors reflect the lovely beachy location – perfect for a beachside holiday in the Cape. Sea shells, timber frame, bamboo trellis, beach sand – a wonderful and relaxing holiday home. The living areas flow beautifully through the large sliding glass doors, onto the outdoor wooden deck.

Kommetjie is a small seaside village on the western side of the Cape Peninsula only forty minutes from Cape Town International Airport and thirty minutes from the city it is a perfect venue for a relaxing, wonderful holiday which is nevertheless easily accessible to all major amenities.

From Kommetjie looking north towards Hout Bay one can see Chapmans Peak drive etched on the mountain above Noordhoek, Karbonkelberg, Klein Leewkoppie, Hout Bay and the back of Table Mountain. As Kommetjie is only twenty minutes from Hout Bay, twenty five minutes from Constantia, fifteen minutes from Simonstown it enjoys wonderful amenities at close quarters.

There are not only great beaches at and around Kommetjie, with superb (world reknowned) surf spots, but within fifteen minutes you can enjoy the warmer waters of False Bay. There are many wonderful restaurants in Kommetjie and surrounding areas. Access to Clovelly, Westlake and Steenberg as well as the quirky Simonstown golf course are only minutes away, for golf enthusiasts.
